What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, avatar (optional), date of birth (optional, used for age gating).
• Play data: game sessions (start, end, duration, completion) and likes, for revenue share + recommendations.
• Device & network: IP, coarse user agent, locale — for security, fraud detection, and localization. Stored at the edge only for the time needed.
• Creator data: bio, website, uploaded game files, payout account metadata (via third-party payout provider).

What we don't do

• No third-party ad or analytics SDKs inside games.
• No selling your personal data.
• No third-party tracking cookies on the platform.

Children (under 13)

RetiPie is not directed at children under 13. If you learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it. Under-13 usage, where allowed by regional law with parental consent, is limited to strict privacy defaults (no behavioral profiling, no data sharing).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, and others), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Write to privacy@retipie.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm. We scan every uploaded game for malware before it reaches the feed.
