Content Policy

Creators upload HTML5 games; anything on the RetiPie feed reaches a global, mobile audience — including minors. To keep the platform safe and compliant with App Store, Google Play, and regional laws, every upload goes through moderation.

Never allowed

• CSAM. Any sexual content depicting minors. Zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reported to NCMEC.
• Malware / wallet drainers / phishing. Code that harms users, steals credentials, or impersonates services.
• Unauthorized reuse of others' work. Copyright or trademark violation.
• Content that targets protected groups. Hate speech, dehumanizing slurs, harassment campaigns.
• Real-money gambling. Games that accept real currency wagers or deliver real-money outcomes.
• Third-party ads / tracking / analytics SDKs. Games are sandboxed; inject only gameplay code.

Age-rated, requires honesty

• Violence (cartoon, mild, strong, graphic)
• Sexual content (implied, nudity, explicit)
• Profanity / strong language
• Drugs and alcohol depiction
• Simulated gambling (no real money)
• Horror / intense fear
• User-generated content or messaging inside the game

When uploading, you complete a rating questionnaire. Answer honestly — if the calculated rating does not match your game, moderation will reject and repeat mismatches risk account action.

Reporting & enforcement

Anyone can report a game using the flag icon in the feed. Reports are auto-triaged for brigading signals (sudden spikes from new accounts, IP homogeneity) — mass-report attacks do not cause auto-takedowns.

Malware and CSAM keyword matches move to the priority queue and may result in immediate unpublishing pending review.
