Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RetiPie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. The service

RetiPie is a mobile, endless-scroll HTML5 game platform. Players swipe through full-screen games; creators upload their HTML5 bundles and earn revenue share on qualified plays.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent/guardian must consent on your behalf.

4. Creator content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant RetiPie a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, display, and promote your content on the platform.

You are responsible for the legality of your content — see our Content Policy for prohibited content.

5. Revenue share

Creators receive a revenue share on every qualified play. Rate and payout minimum are listed in your creator dashboard and may be updated; changes apply going forward.

6. Moderation

We review every upload before it reaches the feed. We may reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates our Content Policy, applicable law, or App Store / Google Play guidelines, with notice where practical.

7. Termination

You may close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse reporting systems, or create unacceptable risk to the platform.

8. Disclaimers & limitation

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetiPie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
